KidCheck is a secure, cloud-based children's check-in solution trusted by thousands of churches and child care centers nationwide. Designed to provide a safe, smooth, and welcoming experience for your entire family, it ensures every child is protected while making Sunday mornings completely effortless.
From mobile check-in and custom security guardian codes to automated medical and allergy alerts, KidCheck empowers our ministry team to maintain the highest standard of child safety while giving parents peace of mind during worship services and events.
HOW IT WORKS
How Check-In Works
A seamless 3-step security process built to keep your children protected and give your family complete peace of mind every service.
STEP 1
Find Your Family Profile
Head to any lobby check-in station and enter your 10-digit phone number, or scan your mobile guardian pass for touchless profile access in seconds.
STEP 2
Print Badges & Security Tags
Confirm attending children and allergies. The thermal printer generates a child name badge alongside a matching parent receipt with a unique alphanumeric code.
STEP 3
Drop Off & Matched Pickup
Escort your child to their designated room. At pickup, present your matching security receipt to verified ministry leaders for secure checkout.

Your child's safety is our highest priority. Every layer of our check-in process is designed to protect your family from arrival to pickup.
Secure Parent Match
Unique matching security codes are printed on both child and parent receipts at every check-in session for exact verification.
Encrypted Cloud Records
Emergency contacts, allergy warnings, and special medical notes are securely stored and printed directly onto child badges.
Strict Authorized Pickup
Children are released exclusively to guardians presenting the matching physical or digital security tag, verified by our trained team.
